Henry M. Dickman, Sr., "Santa Claus", 87, of Cresskill, NJ, on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Helen Dickman (Muller) (2017). Loving father of Richard Dickman, Agnes Walsh, Jo Ann Carney, Dale Dickman, Dorothy Quinones, Margaret Zurich and Henry Dickman, Jr. Dear brother of Joseph Dickman, Richard Dickman, his wife Mary, and the late George, John and Robert Dickman. Cherished grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews also survive. Henry was a long time member of the Cresskill, NJ, Fire Department, Ambulance Corp, and First Aid Squad. He was also widely known as "Santa Claus" donating his time to many organizations throughout New Jersey. Funeral from McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ, on Friday, April 28, 2017, at 8:30 AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Therese R.C. Church, 120 Monroe St., Cresskill, NJ, at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly, NJ. Visiting hours on Thursday, April 27th, from 4-8 PM.
