Thomas Gensler, of River Vale, New Jersey departed this life peacefully surrounded by his family on October 29th, 2025. Proudly hailing from Fairview, New Jersey, He was a loving husband to his wife Alyssa, brother to William and son to Kathleen and Thomas Gensler. He began his life as a student of Our Lady of Grace catholic school, as he grew up, he became an exceptionally talented athlete  excelling at football, baseball and basketball.  He then went on to becoming a very proud member of the Local 274 Pipefitters Union where he spent his entire career as a highly skilled journeyman for over 35 years.  Tommy was an exceptional friend to many, a one-of-a-kind, larger than life spirit with strong values of loyalty and family felt by all he touched. His massive presence and personality could never be replicated, thus, he will never be forgotten.

Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Our Lady Of Grace, 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ  07022 with ennichment to follow at 1:00 PM at Madonna Mausoleum, 2070 Hoefleys Ln, Fort Lee NJ.
