Obituary of Carol S. Palmieri

     Carol S. Palmieri, 82, of Cliffside Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday November 1, 2025, from pneumonia at Valley Hospital.  Beloved wife of the late Nicola Mario Palmieri (2019).  Loving mother of Mario Palmieri and the late Joseph Anthony Palmieri (2019).  Dear sister of Barbara Hernandez.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews from NJ, Fl. Italy and the Philippines.

     Carol loved her family deeply and showed her love by entertaining for the holidays and hosting family in friends for gatherings in her backyard.  She will be remembered for rooting for her favorite teams, the Yankees and the Oakland Raiders.  Carol enjoyed vacationing at the Jersey Shore and Florida.  She was also fond of shopping, especially at the Flea Markets held in the Meadowlands where she could always find a deal or dining at Applebee’s or Outback Steakhouse.  She will be missed all who knew her, especially her cats whom she adored.  She was a member of the Eastern Star of Cliffside Park, NJ, who will hold a service Tuesday November 4 at 7:30 PM.

     Visitation will be held at McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park, on Tuesday Nov. 4, 2025, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place Fairview NJ, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM, please gather at funeral home at 8:30 AM.  Entombment to follow in Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview NJ.
