PAVLOU - George P., 86, of Morris Plains, NJ, formerly of Fairview, NJ, on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Loving son of the late Petros and Efthymia (nee Papaioannou) Pavlou. Beloved husband of the late Rosaura (nee Lima) Pavlou. Loving father of Effie Janulis, her husband Nicholas. Cherished grandfather of Tina and George Janulis. Dear brother of Tom Pavlou, and the late Dimitroula Makris (2015). He also has a brother and two sisters who reside in Greece. George and his brother Tom were the former co-owners of the Summit Restaurant in Union City, NJ. Funeral from McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ, on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at The Greek Orthodox Church of The Ascension, 101 Anderson Avenue, Fairiview, NJ, at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ.
