Gene was such a kind and hard working man. I remember that he volunteered and helped me do QSP for years at the GS office. He will be missed. My heartfelt wishes to

I can still see him in the kitchen at the ambulance corps, helping with the preparation and cooking for the June cookout or Christmas or New Years, when Gigi was a lieutenant and active in everything.
