SCHISANO - Anthony, 82, formerly of Fort Lee. Devoted husband of Rosa and loving father of John passed from this world on February 14, 2012. Tony is survived by his sisters, Maria Mazzola and Philomena (Ted) Axenrod; in-laws Salvatore (Phyllis) Gargiulo and Serafina Mazzola; and the families of many nieces and nephews. Tony emigrated from Torca, Italy after WWII and served two years in the Army. Tony worked at Hostess Baking Company for 43 years rising to the rank of supervisor. Tony enjoyed his retirement years playing on his computer, having pizza lunches with former co-workers, and having long coffee breaks with friends and family. Tony was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed watching the Yankees and Nets. Tony was a communicant of Saint Nicholas Church for many years. His quick wit and easy going style will be missed. Funeral from McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Nicholas R.C. Church, Palisades Park, at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum, 2070 Hoefleys Lane, Fort Lee, NJ. Visiting hours on Friday, from 2-4 &7-9 PM.
