COFFIN - Margaret Alice, (nee, King), "Peggy" 88, of Fort Lee, NJ, formerly of Cliffside Park, NJ, on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Cherished daughter of the late Mary (nee Finnerty) King, and the late Thomas King. Beloved wife of the late Eugene R. Coffin (1989). Loving mother of the late Thomas Charles Coffin. Mother-In-Law of Ruth Coffin. Dear sister of the late Mary King Thaler, and half-sister of the late Helen Stoeckel. Caring aunt to Susan Thaler-Leshem, her husband Len of Lewes, DE, Jane Thaler Petrillo, her husband John of Bayhead, NJ, Raymond Timothy Thaler, his wife Elizabeth of Burlington, VT, Col. Thomas Thaler, USMC ret., Margaret Thaler Feola of West Hills, CA, and Martin and Steven Thaler-Schmidt of Burlington, VT. Devoted great-aunt to Michael Petrillo, and Matthew Petrillo, Jacob Thaler, his wife Elizabeth, Teresa Thaler Rivers, her husband Michael, Nikki Feola, and Joseph Feola. Margaret was a proud Veteran of the US Coast Guard during WWII. She was a Fashion Designer. Memorial Mass at Madonna Church (on the Hill), Fort Lee, NJ on Saturday, August, 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Cremains will be inurned with Honors at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery at a time to be announced. McCorry Brothers Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
