GRIBBEN, Sr. - John Joseph, 94, of Ridgefield, NJ, on Friday, June 6, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Nancy (nee Burdi) Gribben (2010). Loving father of Karen Gribben Eckert of Arlington, TX, and John J. Gribben, Jr. his wife Tina of Ridgefield, NJ. Dear brother of Matilda McQueen of Alabama, and the late William Gribben, and Emeline Gribben Ruhmschottel. John was a proud US Army Veteran of WWII. Cherished grandfather of Christopher Bruno. Funeral Service to be held at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ, on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at 12:30 PM. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee, NJ. Visiting hours on Wednesday, from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001 in memory of John J. Gribben, Sr. would be appreciated.
