Obituary of Maria Barila

     Maria Barila, 74, of Fairview, passed away on Tuesday March 15, 2022. Maria was born in Bagnara Calabra, Italy to the late Vincenzo and Vincenza Barila (nee Tripodi). Beloved sister of Paul Barila and Carmela Barila-Barone.  Maria is also survived by her nephews and nieces, Vincent Barone, Vincent Barila, Ariana Barila, Michelle Barila, Sandra Barila, Vinny Cundari, Josephine Cundari, Phill Cundari, Carmelo Cundari and Joseph Cundari. 

    Maria was a hairdresser for many years in New York. She had a passion for cooking and loved to cook for everyone. She will be missed by all.

    Visitation to be held on Friday, Mar 18 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ. Mass to be celebrated Saturday, March 19 at 10:30 am at St. Nicholas Church, 442 Brinkerhoff Ave., Palisade Park NJ.
