Obituary of Ambrogio Vicchio

Ambrogio Vicchio, 80, of Cliffside Park, passed away on Thursday March 24, 2022. Beloved husband of Catherine Vicchio. Loving father of George Vicchio (Stacey) and Michael Vicchio (Randy).  Adoring grandfather to Tyler and Dylan.  Dear brother of Baldassarre and the late Pasquale and Leticia. Cherished uncle and adored friend by many. 

Ambrogio loved to cook and was famous for his Sunday sauce.  He also loved watching soccer, especially club Juventus. Summers were enjoyed at the beaches at Seaside NJ with his family.  He was a custodian for many years and was employed by the Cliffside Park Board of Education and worked in Cliffside Park School #4 and was then Head Custodian for Cliffside Park School #5. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be forever in their hearts.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 29 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ.  Please gather at church for Mass to be held on Wednesday, March 30 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ.  Ambrogio's Interment will take place on Wednesday, March 30 at 10:30 AM at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Avenue, Fairview.
