Obituary of George K Saliba

     George K. Saliba, 94, of Cliffside Park, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2022.  He is the son of the late Khalil and Rosa Saliba.  George is the beloved husband of 58 years to Siham (Salloum) Saliba.  He is survived by son Ghassan Saliba and his wife, Lisa, daughter Rose Targove, and her husband, Ron, and daughter, Najwa DeMartino, and her husband, Derek.  George is the adoring grandfather to six loving grandchildren, Kristen, Julia, Karly, Ryan, Tyler, and Dylan.  He is also survived by his brother, Dr. Anis Saliba, and wife, Siham, of Lewes, Delaware.  Three sisters, Wadiha, Josephine, and Mary predeceased him.  George’s passing is also mourned by many nieces, nephews and cousins in the United States, Canada and Lebanon, as well as his brothers-in-law, Ibraim and Fayez Salloum, and their families.  George was known as a kind, hard-working man, who always put his family first.

     Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022, from 4-6 p.m., at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ.  A funeral service will be held at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, November 28, 2022.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, in Fairview, New Jersey.
