To the Allen family, my condolences go out to you at this difficult time. Frank was a kind, funny, sweet man. I remember our first day of kindergarten together-we were at the same table-I kept my coat on because I wanted to leave. Frank looked at me and gave me that wonderful smile said something sweet and funny about me wearing my coat and we laughed- made me think school wouldn't be that bad after all. R.I.P. dear Frank.
