Obituary of Philip Andrew Lospalluto

Philip (“Phil”) Lospalluto of Chatsworth, California, formerly of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, passed away last week at the age of 85, surrounded by his family. Born in Hoboken, NJ, he was predeceased by his parents, Donato and Rosa, as well as his sister, Angela Fiume; his brother, Louis; his first wife, Ellen Burke; and his grand-daughter, Amanda. He was the beloved brother of Theresa Venello and Frank Lospalluto (Lorraine). He was a sales executive for several different companies on the East and West coasts for more than 60 years. He served as a Past Exalted Ruler of the Elks and a Fourth Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He was active in The Society of Maria Santissima del Buoncammino. Active at St. John Eudes Catholic Church (CA) for many years, he served as a Eucharistic Minister, usher, and member of the Hospitality Committee. He is survived by his wife, Linda of Chatsworth, California; their daughter, Kate Beskid (Scott); sons Philip (Paula) (NJ) and Thomas (Sheri) (FL); and daughter, Michele Wilson (Robert) (CA). Loving and proud Grandfather to Philip III (Vanessa), Craig and Christina (NJ); Lindsey and Lauren (FL); and Sean, Ellen and Evan Wilson (CA). Great-Grandfather to Philip IV and Lucas (NJ). Visiting hours will be Friday 11:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m., with a blessing at 1:15p.m. at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ.
