AHERN – Beatriz (nee Villa), 81, of Cliffside Park, NJ, on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Jeremiah Ahern (2001) who was tragically lost in the World Trade Center disaster. Loving mother of Geraldine Scott and her husband Greg. Cherished grandmother of Sandra and Lucy Scott. Beatriz was a parishioner at Epiphany and attended 12 o'clock mass every Sunday with her daughter. She loved to shop in New York City and was very generous with a heart of gold. She spent a great deal of time assisting the less fortunate and will be missed by her many friends. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Church of the Epiphany 247 Knox Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ, at 10 AM on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven, Hawthorne, NY.
