Dear Santoro family,
Hearing of Sal's passing leaves me with a very heavy heart. I met Sal my freshman year at OU and throughout the years he was a dear friend to me. I will always remember him as kind, spirited, generous and passionate about his love for his family and community. He had such a great smile and laugh! My only visit to Carnegie Hall was when he took me to see the legendary Frank Sinatra. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Dear Santoro Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Sal's passing. I spent a wonderful year with Sal during my freshman year in college living right next to his dorm room in Jefferson Hall at OU. What a blast we had. We were like brothers that year. A year I will never forget. I only saw Sal once after college, something that I will always regret. I have and always will, remember him for his tremendous good nature and wit, not to mention the many good times I had in his company. My condolences to your family.
