Rosemarie was born in Hoboken, NJ, on September 13, 1944 to the late Bartholomew Englesi and the late Rose Sansevere. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Martin Herr (2001). Loving mother of Frederick Bartholomew Herr. Dear sister of Lillian Martinelli, her husband Sergio. Dear aunt of Dean Martinelli, his wife Catherine Kane Martinelli, Jane Cipolletto, Dana Cipolletto, and Nicholas Martinelli. Rosemarie loved her dogs and was an avid animal lover.
