To the Family of Our Beloved Yvonne...
Much to my complete sorrow and regrets, I have just now learned of the recent passing of Yvonne - a truly Magnificent Lady and Cherished Friend and Organist Colleague of at least 40 years standing. We shared many happy times together in various Organist gatherings and also socially as friends and comrades - attending concerts and afterglows together and with other friends as well. She was a Class Act in every way possible - but was also feisty and didn't think twice about giving you her opinion immediately!!! Also a loving and, at times, wicked sense of humor!!! - all these memories I will forever cherish. Yvonne - thank you for the once-in-a-lifetime gift of your friendship, companionship and love. May you soar with the angels and I'm sure you are now raising hell with the Heavenly Choir and playing your heart out for all eternity on the Grandest Mightiest Organ that only can be In Heaven. Rest in Peace, Dear Friend, and Well Done, Oh Good and Faithful Servant. Godspeed!!!

So sorry to hear the news of Yvonne's passing. I considered her a dear friend. I worked with her on the Metro AGO board as her news letter editor, enjoyed her friendship at board meetings, and other AGO events. She will be missed by the many friends who knew her. Dennis

The beauty of the music to which she devoted her life and which she shared to the glory of God flowed through her soul to bless countless lives. Each Divine Service she accompanied as organist or enriched as choir director was a masterpiece of love and joy. Undaunted by all adversity, Yvonne practiced the theological virtues of faith, hope and love. A genuine friend, her wonderful wit and humor are absolutely unforgettable.
Rest eternal grant her, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her. May she rest in peace. +Amen.

You were a feisty lady who loved the Lord with all your heart. I know you will be playing the organ for your maker, and enjoying reunions with those already there. Thanks for the gift of your daughter, Karen
