Obituary of Caterina Piccinich

Caterina Piccinich - of Fairview, NJ, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019.

Caterina was predeceased by her brothers Martino and Anthony, her sister Ivanka, and her daughter Rosemary.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Giovanni and her brother in law Josip. Also surviving is her brother Ljubo (his wife Cathy), and her sister Maria (her husband Giovanni). Also surviving are her adoring children Nicholas, John (his wife Dragicia), Martin (his wife Michele), and Robert (his wife Josephine).

Caterina was blessed with nine grandchildren: Kathleen, Rudy, Johnny, Ryan, Giovanni, Lexi, Jagger, Katherine, William, as well as three great granddaughters: Gigi, Rosemarie, and Isabella.

Caterina was an extremely spiritual woman who prayed the Rosary every day. She loved her family unconditionally. She lived a full life and enjoyed trips to Croatia every summer. She enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends on any given Sunday. She was a great singer and the memories of her joyful singing will live on in our hearts forever.

Funeral from McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at 8:30.  Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace, 395 Delano Place Fairview, NJ, at 9:30 AM.  Intombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee, NJ.  Visiting hours on Tuesday, August 20 from 5-9 PM.
