Rose Bellobuono, 105, of Cliffside Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday January 10, 2020. Before retiring she worked in the Borough Clerk’s Office in Cliffside Park for many years. She was a member of the Confraternity of Christian Woman in Epiphany Church, Cliffside Park. She loved God, her dogs, a glass of wine, but, most of all, her family. Rose was predeceased by her loving husband Gabriel (1967) and her cherished son Robert (1998), mother-in-law of Susja. She is survived by her loving daughter, Mary Bellobuono and her devoted partner, Anthony Violante; her caring brother Frank Bertino, dear niece Frances Stromsland and her husband Kenneth; her great-niece Katherine Stromsland, her great-nephew Kenneth Stromsland III, his wife Suzanne, great-great nephew Beck Stromsland and great-great niece Zia Stromsland. Also surviving her are nieces Jeanne, Joan, Mary, Susan, Patricia, Rosemary, Lorraine, Anna, Gerri and great-niece Victoria, as well as her nephews Mark, Francis, Matthew, & great-nephew Michael. Visitation will be held at McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Avenue Cliffside Park, NJ, on Sunday January 12 from 3-7 PM. Funeral will depart McCorry Brothers on Monday January 13 at 9:15 AM thence to Epiphany R.C. Church for celebration of Christian Mass at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital @ www.stjude.org, would be appreciated.
