Allow me to share my feelings as one who is lucky enough to call Vivian, Mom/ She like my Dad was a member of the Greatest Generation. Vivian was a child of the depression and held that sentiment throughout her entire life. Never wanting for anything material, always able to make do with what you had, provided her with this philosophy of life.Her love of God and family were enough for her; she had no need for anything else and this simplicity freed her in a way that i never understood but always admired. She was an avid reader, a lover of politics and possessed a wicked sense of humor. her itish blue eyes captivated my Dad who never wavered in his utmost devotion to her.RIP my beautiful mother. Rejoice as Daddy ushers you into Paradise and ends your suffering forever. Until we meet again.
