Rosemary Della Rosa (nee Scherzinger) - 94 - of Cliffside Park, NJ, on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Rosemary was predeceased by her loving husband John Joseph Della Rosa (1987) and her brother Dr. Felix Scherzinger. She is survived by her adoring children Joan Carhart (Edward), Dr, John J. Della Rosa (Patrice), Carol Wood, Susan Kleczynski (Joseph) and Heidi Nativo (Joseph).
Also surviving are her 13 grandchildren Lauren Cohen (Ian), Ryan Carhart (Cindy), Amanda Camacho (Paul), Matthew Della Rosa (Kelly), Kevin Della Rosa (Kimberly), Timothy Della Rosa (Emily), Daniel Wood (Kayla), Jason Wood (Kodee), Ethan Wood, Joseph Kleczynski, Thomas Kleczynski, Jennifer Nativo, Stephanie Nativo. Eight cherished great grandchildren, with one on the way, and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Rosemary was known as an avid swimmer and traveler. She was a member of the Church of the Epiphany, and a member of the Cliffside Park Public Library and knitting club.
Funeral from McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park on Saturday December 21, 2019 at 9:00 am. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Church of the Epiphany, 247 Knox Ave. Cliffside Park, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories, Township of Washington, NJ. Visiting hours on Friday December 20 from 4-9 pm.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the American Cancer Society of a charity of your choice.
